Terms and Conditions.

• The booking is for the client only and cannot be transferred or sublet. Each booking is private which means you will be the only user present during your time slot.
• Please be aware that CCTV is in operation to protect our customers and our property.
• Please bring your own dog poo bags and dog poo must be picked up by you immediately. All dog waste and rubbish must be taken away with you. Keep the field and shelter as you would wish to find them.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
• Do not climb the fence or gates.
• The field is used at your own risk. It might be a little uneven in places and muddy at times. Please wear appropriate footwear for weather conditions. Woofwalks Cobh will take no responsibility for any injuries caused.
• Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult.
• Dogs must be on the lead when entering and exiting the dog field. Only take your dog off the lead once inside the secure dog field. When leaving the dog field please ensure your dog is on a lead before opening the gate. Please keep the gates closed at all times.
• Proof of vaccination and kennel cough must be provided and all dogs should be wormed and flea treated. Please do not visit the field if your dog/s show any signs of illness to be respectful of other pets and their owners.
• All fencing and gates are 5-6ft high. If your dog can jump this height please do not book in. Whilst the field is secure we cannot guarantee complete security for every dog. We are not responsible if your dog escapes. You are required to watch your dog at all times.
• You will be with your dog in the peaceful countryside so we ask you to respect this and not have any loud music playing. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. Do not allow your dog to dig in the field.
• We reserve the right to close the field at any time for which a full refund will be given. Cancellation will be notified to the field user.
• Data privacy. – any booking data we take will be kept for follow up purposes only by Woofwalks Cobh. The information is not used for any other purpose or shared with any other parties. Payment data is handled through Stripe and is subject to their data privacy policies.
